De la tierra al cielo, hermanos Torres

Javier and Sergio Torres, the Hermanos Torres, in this book 'From earth to heaven' offer a selection of fifty products most representative of Spanish cuisine and its rich diversity. In 2008 they opened their very own restaurant in Barcelona, on 24th floor of the ME Hotel Barcelona. Its name, Doscielos, comes form the name they were called by their grandmother when they were small.
